Dussmann Service has been awarded the most important and prestigious quality certification.

ISO 9001:2008

The ISO 9001 is by far the best-known standard applied to quality management systems across the world. On August 10, 1995 the company’s skills and ability to meet the requirements of the client were certified according to EN ISO 9001:1984. Dussmann Service was the first integrated facility management company in Italy to achieve this important recognition. This certificate also includes HACCP certification which is the internationally recognized food safety methodology for the prevention or minimization of risk during the preparation of foods & beverages.

ISO 14001:2004

This certification confirms that Dussmann Service operates an efficient management system to control the environmental impact of its activities, and systematically seeks improvement in a consistent, effective and above all sustainable manner.

ISO 22005:2007

Traceability in the product and food chain – General principles and basic requirements for system design and implementation.

ISO 22000:2005

ISO 22000 prescribes fundamental norms for the agricultural and food sectors, which enables companies involved in the supply chain to identify the risks they are exposed to and to manage them effectively.

OHSAS 18001:2007

The OHSAS 18001 certification concerns occupational health and safety norms and identification of the hazards and risk factors in various work processes. The OHSAS 18001 confirms that there is a management system in place to reduce risk in the workplace.

Compliance with Reg. 834/07 Organic Regulations

Dussmann Service has ICEA certification for organic food preparation in accordance with the Reg. 834/07 on organic production.

International standard certification issued by the CEPAA (Council of Economical Priorities Accreditation Agency) which certifies specific aspects of management relating to corporate social responsibility.
